Westminster Supporting Local Communities

As part of its Support for Local Communities programme Westminster have recently assisted several charities operating in Sierra Leone with the provision, shipping and distribution of equipment to improve the lives of families living in the Freetown and Lungi districts. Equipment includes items such as water purifiers, portable water containers (which save children carrying water long distances), football kit & footballs, school uniforms and knitted blankets etc.

Westminster’s donation and distribution of water purifiers is particularly important and enables families and communities to have safe drinking water at all times, something taken for granted in many parts of the world but a rarity in others.
