On Thursday 21st June 2007, Westminster Group Plc was listed on the AIM (Alternative Investment Market) of the London Stock Exchange.
Westminster Group Plc’s issued share capital comprises of 13,572,336 ordinary shares of common stock of par value 10p each. All these shares carry voting rights.
Westminster Group has also opened its new "Investor Relations" portal in which the Group’s admission document, shareholders, publications and board member information can be found.
